Arting Out Loud's Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy
Note: We exclusively accept returns and offer refunds for damaged, misprinted, or defective items. As our products are tailored to customer specifications, returns or rejections are not permissible.How to Initiate a Return for an Arting Out Loud Purchase?
Arting Out Loud provides customers with an "Easy return policy," allowing you to request a return or exchange within 7 days of product delivery.
1. Communicate the defect to Arting Out Loud within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share clear images/videos of the product displaying the defect.
3. Provide an image of the UID label (Barcode Sticker) attached to the product.
4. Share images of the packaging with the visible shipping label.
5. We will arrange product pickup within 5-6 business days. Upon receiving the products in the specified condition, we will initiate the requested refund or replacement.
6. Note: Replacement is contingent upon stock availability. If a replacement isn't feasible, our team will suggest alternative options within the same category.

How Long Until I Receive a Refund for a Returned Product?
Please be aware that Arting Out Loud initiates refunds after the returned item reaches us and passes a quality check. The refund initiation time may vary based on the courier partner's delivery time to an Arting Out Loud warehouse. In case of refund discrepancies, Arting Out Loud may request a screenshot of your bank statement at its discretion.
After Arting Out Loud initiates the refund following the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in your account as follows:

The refund will be processed to the same account within 3-4 business days of product receipt. It may take an additional 4-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cancellations:
Customer-initiated cancellations will be processed immediately if the order hasn't been processed. Once printed and shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the product follows the normal lifecycle process.
